About Our Horse Riding School

Oakwood Equine is located on a 25 acre farm just minutes from the Silverdale motorway exchange. The farm which is home to head coach Louise G consists of 8 large undulating paddocks, a Stable block, riding area as well as 5 acres of pine trees.
Louise G is a life long rider, NZPCA qualified coach and has a background in the health and disability sector. This combined with her passion for sharing the love of horses makes her a great coach for riders of all levels and abilities.
Our team of horses is a bit of a mixed bag, with everything from a 22year old 10hh pony to a 3 year old Arab cross, right up to a 16.3hh eventing schoolmaster. We are sure we will have a horse that will suit you!
